Some background on the author and the goals of the site.
The founder and CEO, Ralph Saxton, has forty seven years of sales and human relations background in the insurance industry. Starting in 1961 He spent the first seventeen years as a commercial and industrial insurance claims adjuster. Working in the South Pacific his experience in human relations was a never ending challenge with the various cultures of the Far East . He worked with people under the worst of conditions in the southern United States during and after some of the most violent hurricanes the east and gulf coasts had experienced. Up until the time of his retirement in 2005 he was an active California insurance agent. He specialized in commercial and industrial risk management and sales. He spent the last three years of his insurance career as a branch manager of one of California 's largest insurance agencies overseeing the activities of support and sales personnel. He has developed a learning product for the established and beginning entrepreneur. It is a set of principals and guide lines to assist in developing a business pattern of behavior that will lead the business to a greater level of success. The methods as taught will apply to any form of business in the world of selling. They are techniques learned the hard way and passed along to the aspiring business owner. The application of internet contact with potential customers is addressed. The forming of a business plan and its implementation is a subject of most importance. The company mission is not directed to the concept of "get rich quick", but rather to develop and satisfy the needs of the consumer and you the business owner. It was said that "If you make a sale you have a customer, If the customer comes back and buys again, you have a business".
